(1) Scratch the pipe to reduce the actual effective use wall thickness of PPR pipe, which is equivalent to reducing the pressure resistance grade of water pipe pipe.
(2) Long term sunlight makes PPR pipes produce a certain degree of photooxidative aging.
(3) The installation clearance is too large, the water pipe is too long, the cold and heat are uneven or not hot, and the system temperature is artificially increased.
(4) During installation, PPR pipes are bent carelessly to form a dead angle, which affects the service effect and service life.
(5) The ground is uneven, the height of PPR pipes is inconsistent, forced extrusion and different external pressure.
(6) The identification is not obvious after installation, and PPR pipes are damaged by arbitrary drilling.
(7) The filter screen is not cleaned regularly.
(8) The gas is not discharged completely during pressure test, resulting in air hammer or water hammer. After the water pressure test, it is not used in time and the water is not drained out. If there is water in winter, the pipe may be frozen and damaged.
(9) When PPR pipe is drilled or passes under the door frame, impurities enter.
